This is a charity fundraising event that showcases the African culture through various cuisines and music from the continent. The goal is to raise funds to support education for less privileged children.

We will be serving a three course meal with drinks from West Africa.

Starter:

  • Fried dodo served with light spiced Misaa, garnished with a touch of “RED”

Main course:

  • TiébouYapp – Woundi served with vegetables and Nyama, pieces of Mielé, tomato sauce and a touch of basilica.

Desert:

  • An exotic sweet taste of Africa

Drinks:

  • Palm wine

  • Folere (Hibiscus petals)

  • Ginger drink

Entertainment:

  • Live music performance by the talented Gambian artist Dawda Jorbateh!.
